Guide the future of climate justice, education, and youth leadereship

ELSO Inc. (Experience Life Science Outdoors) is launching a National Advisory Council to guide our expansion, strengthen our capital campaign, and deepen our community-rooted mission. We're seeking bold, equity-driven leaders from across the country to help us grow our impact and create pathways for the next generation of Black and Brown environmental leaders.

YOUR ROLE AS A COUNCIL MEMBER

As a National Advisory Council member, you will:

Be a Connector: Leverage your network to open doors to funding, partnerships, and visibility.
Support Expansion: Advise on site evaluation, program milestones, and strategic growth plans.
Advance the Capital Campaign: Help raise funds and awareness for the ELSO Hub & Headquarters—our national home for youth-led climate action and community innovation.

Subcommittees

Members select one subcommittee to serve on annually:

Operations – Site evaluation, sustainability alignment, volunteer and staffing strategy
Philanthropy & Capital Campaign – Major gifts strategy, donor cultivation, and campaign visibility
